You're done! You are now ready to apply for any role on twosteps. Each job has an 'apply' button at the bottom of the job description. If you would like to apply then just click the 'apply' button. You will be prompted to choose which CV you would like to send with your application. If you have only uploaded one version of your CV then this one will be sent.
There are several reasons why we ask you to complete a profile. Firstly, it helps employers to rank and filter appropriate applications. Secondly, it helps employers to find you when they conduct candidate searches in our database.
You do not have to complete the optional fields in education and employment however your profile will be a lot stronger if you do because some employers filter candidates based on these profiles. Completing your profile also allows us to send you more relevant newsletters and job updates.
