Easter Update from twosteps

Hello and a Happy Easter

Firstly let me welcome to twosteps all of our jobseekers and employers around the world, I hope that you are enjoying the services and information that we provide and thank you for engaging with our website, twitter feeds and linkedin group, please continue to do so and grow our community of like minded professionals.

New employers

It has been a very busy few months for our sales and marketing teams, we are growing our number of direct employers and jobseekers by about 20% every month. Employers range from global corporations to boutique law firms. Some of the more recent clients to come on boards include PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal LLP, KPMG and more regionally firms such as Gherson and Hellewell Pasley and Brewer in the UK and Maurice Blackburn and the University of Sydney in Australia.

To ensure we keep growing we are conducting a significant expansion and recruitment drive both in UK and Australia in the coming months. Of course if you have any friends or acquaintances who may be interested in joining us then I would be happy to hear from them.

Development update

Our development team is also busy working to improve the website and they have just started to build our new website which will be launched at the end of the year. Our aim is not just to be the best in the market but to be ahead of the market. There are some very exciting new tools that we will have on offer to make your life easier as both a jobseeker and employer and to give you the best possible chance of success. If you have any ideas as to what would add value then please let me know and I will discuss these with our development team.

Although twosteps is an international business we recognise that for many of you your needs for information, jobs, jobseekers and services are local or regional to your home town or country and we are addressing this in our new website giving you tailored solutions depending on your needs.

Surveys and reports

Thanks to all of the survey respondents, it was a fantastic effort to have nearly 650 of you providing feedback on our website and service. We have taken this all on board and our sales and marketing teams are working even harder to tailor the site to meet your needs.

We have had thousands of requests for our first global salary survey (if you would like a copy, please click here) and next year’s will be even more comprehensive. We will also be producing annual market intelligence reports. As well as one off market led reports, such as our Online Tools for Lawers report which came out at the end of last year. If you would like a copy, please just drop me a line.

2011 is shaping up to be a very busy year for twosteps and the professional services sector. Our legal sector is expanding increasingly into support roles and we are just about to launch into the accounting & finance sector as well.
