  2. Do I need to specialise? - You could specialise in residential or commercial property.

  3. What type of law firm can I work in? - The large international law firms all have real estate departments and there are also many commercial firms, large and small which have real estate as core practice group. There are plenty of specialist property firms as well.

  4. Can I use my skills as a real estate lawyer to get similar jobs overseas? - It is certainly possible. As local law differs from country to country it will depend on the type of work that you have done and the demand for that experience.
