• Commercial litigation - Should matters arise for litigation of commercial disputes our team is able to assess the issues, provide detailed advice and appear in any Tribunal or Court to assist you

• Debt Collection- We act for a range of clients in collecting debts and cover the ambit of debt collection from the initial letter of demand through to company winding up and individual bankruptcy proceedings in all Courts 

• General litigation - We are able to provide assistance in most matters involving Court or Tribunal action

• Insolvency - Our insolvency team supplements and enhances our debt collection and commercial areas with efficient and comprehensive advice and action

• Insurance - Our insurance team provides advice on Insurance policies and procedures, document drafting, litigation services and dispute resolution methods to insurers and those insured 

• Planning - We are able to assist clients in planning and development work from local Council issues, development applications and dispute resolution through to the Land & Environment and Supreme Courts 

• Property - Our property area specialises in strata and community subdivisions, conveyancing, easements, covenants and general property work

• Strata & Community - Our strata and community area is renowned for drafting all documentation (by-laws, management statements, agreements), providing advice on issues, and negotiating complex legal disputes

• Strata & Community litigation - our litigation services includes all areas of dispute resolution, appearances at all specialist Tribunals and Courts (Including Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal and Adminstrative Decisions Tribunal)
