Systech Solicitors provides specialist contentious and non-contentious legal services to meet the challenges that arise on projects to its global clients. The services we offer range from initial involvement in the structuring and drafting of contracts to the resolution of disputes, including the preparation of documentation and advocacy.

Our team is made up of solicitors, barristers, mediators, arbitrators, adjudicators and legal consultants with a wealth and breadth of experience and expertise in construction and engineering from “both sides”.

Systech Solicitors has a wide ranging client base; for example, we are as comfortable acting for multi-national and UK-European Joint Ventures on major international transportation projects as we are in assisting small specialist sub-contractors pursue disputed valuations of work through adjudication. We act for both employers and contractors.

Always commercially aware, we add value to projects from contractual issues to avoiding, managing and resolving disputes in a commercial and pragmatic way. Our ethos is to establish long term partnerships based relationships with our clients, listening to their challenges and opportunities and providing the ideal team to meet their needs.

We have a structured APC Training Programme that has been approved by the RICS and we are familiar with the associated mentoring requirements. We also offer support to those individuals studying for membership of the CIOB.

 

We also consider that life after the working day is important and we therefore arrange regular social and sports functions.

In addition, our global presence enables us to offer opportunities for travel and for individuals to transfer between the various regions in which we work.
